Concept Plan/Meeting

We develop a conceptual plan with a digital drawing based on your input and site analysis. Review and refine the design with our team, and explore options like 3D renderings for a clearer vision of your future landscape.

Concept Design Development

We create a detailed Master Plan with material and plant suggestions, working closely with you to ensure the design meets your vision.

Planting, Irrigation and Lighting Plans, Etc.

Our detailed plans include everything needed for accurate costing and construction: plant specifics, irrigation layouts, and lighting designs. We also provide specialized plans for drainage and water efficiency when necessary.

Cost Estimate Proposal

Our detailed installation proposal outlines all project costs and secures your place in our schedule. Contracts include a clear payment schedule for your convenience.
